My mum has just been told she’s got cancer of the pancreas and we are finding it very hard to accept.She has been having stomach pains and lower back pains for the last 2 months. They started mild but rapidly increased. She initially went for many blood tests but they all came back fine, except for one which was a low platelet level. We think she may have always had a low platelet level, but we are not entirley sure of that. She recentlt had a Ca 19-9 (i think) blood test, which was a tumor marker and is suppose to detect cells in the blood which indicate a tumor. It came back with a h ... 3,861 hits

Ok guys, with alot of prayer and support, i’ve made it through day 1. Day 2 has started off okay. I’m not experiencing hunger pains, but I did have pretty bad emissions this morning. If I gcould down all the SWF at once, I think I’d be ok. This journal is tremendously helpful and mind cleansing as well. I’s getting a CD and hopefully the book (The MC) today. HiNavigating the waters of fasting is always a challenge to both the new and avid faster.I’s have to say experience through an actual fast is the best way to learn whats best for you as everyones body differs in how it responds to fasting.Around how much water should I be drinking a day?I’d say definitley make a concious effort to drink as much water as you can. I just wanted to keep everyone posted as to my progress. I finished my ten day round of antibiotics a couple of days ago (hoorah that it is over!!!)and I have not eaten well since then. I keep thinking that because I haven’t had any diarrhea or vomiting or nausea that I must be cleaner inside that I thought. I guess i see your point, but I guess it’s just me that I can have an emotional bond with these two guyfriends, and it not be anywhere close to the emotional bond i have with my boyfriend. A month ago I went and had an ehography testing- tehy said I have ”sand” in my right kidney. When doing bowel management what should I be more carefull about? Hey Tracey, Thanks so much for the information...it really helps me feel that it’s not just me going completely overboard. Yep I definitely know that I need to change things, I’ve known that for a while. But now I think it’s got to that point where I have no option but to change. Hi,For the last two weeks I’ve been having an off and on again bowel movement problem. My bowel movement is a regular brown color, but it is sinking to the bottom of the toilet bowl fast and looks kinda like sludge/wet mud. I wanted to thank you for sharing. I went vegan and developed anemia and didn’t realize it until I had an insane no-rash itching on my upper arms. No one could figure out what was going on but through research, many blood tests and a hair test that’s when it was noticed that I was deficient in iron, B12 & iodine (that was a separate simple test on the skin an acupuncturist did. Taking iron seems to help stop the itching, and my blood iron levels are in the normal range... But the itching still is unbearable unless I take iron...
